There are many cards that are easy to deploy even at level 8, so it's not difficult to meet the conditions. However, there is a Barbaros that can be fulfilled unconditionally at level 8, which can be compromise summoned using summoning rights.

Even if it can't be helped because it's too strong to be treated as a Special Summon, if the LIGHT and Dragon parts don't make sense, he'll be OK with Barbaros. Like in the anime, he's probably aiming for a combo with 《Radius, the Half-Moon Dragon》, but in the current environment where his Deck doesn't use Xyz, relying on Radius is out of the question.
