While I was at a loss to build [Photon] and [Galaxy], I was able to create this Deck.
The deck category is [Galaxy], but it looks like it will be a mixture of Kaito and Mizael rather than Galaxy. The main method of operation is to dominate the field with his Rank 8 Xyz Monsters centered on "Divine Dragon Knight Felgrand". For that reason, it is important to know how to Special Summon the level 8 monsters that tend to be accident personnel to the field and connect them to the rank 8 Xyz.

1: Activate "Galaxy Expedition" and "Galaxy Zero" with "Galaxy Wizard" at level 8
This is a familiar combo in rank 8-axis Photon. SS the "Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragon" from the Deck in the Expedition, and from the GY in the Zero Type, and summon Rank 8 with the Photon Dragon and Mage. Effectively, you can SS "Galaxy Knight", but it may be better for knights to aim for rank 8 with the effect described later.

Schwarzschild can SS under relatively loose conditions of ``when there is a monster with ATK 2000 or higher on the opponent's field''. It depends on the opponent, but it's not uncommon for Synchro and Xyz to line up on the first turn, so being able to put a level 8 monster onto the field without using summons is a big deal. After SSing Schwarzschild, you can summon a mage and change the level with your own effect, or you can easily summon rank 8 by compromise summoning Parsec.

Weakness

If you take out a set of Mizael's cards and insert "Photon Thrasher", "Photon Crusher", "Photon Satellite", and "Starliege Lord Galaxion", you can return to normal [Photon]. After that, I just hope that there will be a rank 8 monster that is as versatile as Fergrand.
