Strength

The effect of PSY frame gear can be lifted even if the driver is in his GY, so it can be activated without problems even after using Advanced Ritual Art.
However, Advanced Ritual Art cannot be used unless there is a driver in the deck, so if necessary, use a pot or an Ω to return him to the deck.
