Playing

The Psychic Reflector was adopted as the initial move.
Recruit from the deck with Emergency Teleport or one for one, and use that effect to set up Harifiber with Buster Beast and Reflector.
Recruiting from Halifay is Jet Synchron.
If you make Link 1, then revive yourself from his GY, connect it to PSY Framelord Λ, and create a board with Halifayre and Lambda, you should be able to get a good start.

Strength

Once you set up Λ, it turns into his deck that you deploy while disrupting your opponent.
Originally, the effect of low-level Psyframe monsters only works when there are no monsters on your field, but if you have Λ, you can cancel that disadvantage.
Cyframe Circuit is a Field Spell that allows you to Synchro Summon using a Cyframe Special Summoned to your own field.
So you can do a level 78 synchro on your opponent's turn.
Synchronization is not possible without the Cyframe Circuit, but if you have the Hari Fiber, you can escape to the Shooting Riser Dragon and synchronize with its effect.
Shooting Riser Dragon is a sync tuner and can adjust the level.
Basically, I'd recommend dropping Cyframe Multithreader on his GY to level 1.
(This is because it connects to Crystal Wing, etc., and the compatibility between Multi-Threader and Λ is very good.)
You can also use the searched Buster Mode on Stardust to evolve it into Stardust Dragon Assault Mode. pretty strong

Weakness

I can't say that there are many initial movements, so there may be an accident rate (I haven't turned it yet, so I can't say anything)
And there may be many cards that are difficult to draw, such as Jet Synchron and Cyframe Driver.
