As for (1), although there are no restrictions on the level, level 6 is a category that is easy to arrange.
(2) can also deal with removal that is difficult for Veiler and Saphira, who show honesty, and is a convenient bonus effect.
Saphira itself has good compatibility with Ritual Djinn and Sacred Time, and combined with the fact that you don't need to use 《Advanced Ritual Art》so much, it's a card that works quite well as a dedicated Ritual.
