If resurrection with Gaisen or Goro is added to this, you can also do the following.
Gaffre: After using Scarlight's effect (Gaffre is not an Effect Monster, so it cannot be destroyed), sync to Abyss.
Black Dragon: Before synchronizing, revive Black Dragon with Rank 7 Steel Fire Dragon and use it as material to Synchro Summon Scarlight.
