Simple operation of xyz summoning Hope and drawing with tactics
It is a build that emphasizes the second attack, using cards drawn with Tactics to beat SNo.39 Utopia The Lightning while protecting it with Spells and Traps.
Without 《Xyz Change Tactics》, the Deck won't rotate at high speed, so it may be a little comforting, but I put in 《Generation Force》as a search for one card.
He who is no longer needed will be destroyed by Spell cards, 《Harpie's Feather Duster》, etc. He will recover by using Spell/Trap cards as the cost of emergency food.
Doing so deals with the draw cost of tactics as well as LP burn
I think I can make up for the shortcomings of losing LP with tactics and losing effect damage a little.
