Playing

First of all, if we talk about 《Light and Darkness Dragon》, like Kasumigadani Gigantou, cards that have their effects set to “negate” tend to be “battle-destroyed”. Also, most of the monsters destroyed in battle have high ATK and control power. You can also use that capacity to aim for Kin Tele Gusto One Kill.
Gusto's reason for hiring is to "secure his Tribute of Light and Darkness Dragon" and "one kill by suicide bombing the monster that destroyed Light and Darkness Dragon".
The reasons for using Artifact are "Securing the Tribute of Light and Darkness" and "Synergy with the Light and Darkness Dragon self-destruct effect".
There are two ways to win this deck of his. Either summon Light and Darkness Dragon to push through, or he kills more than 2800 monsters with a suicide bomb attack with Gusto Pirika Fired.
Ideally, when it's your turn to turn Gardo down, summon a rider to the Tribute to summon the opponent and Gardo or the monsters recruited by Gardo to check them. Basically, he uses Artifact to limit the opponent's actions and summon riders, but if there are more than 2800 monsters on the opponent's field, he can't do anything. It is in the form of compensating for it with Gusto One Kill.
Gusto One-Kill Veiler is scary, so it might be a good idea to use Saichen as his deck and keep the fight assuming that your opponent will overtake Velor with Saichen.

Strength

・Because of the rider's control power, the more you repeat the summons, the more dominant you become... I feel
- It's very wasteful to use Retsusen and Gusto and his Artifact for Rider's Tribute. Especially if Morarta is Tribute, when Rider is destroyed during the opponent's turn, Rider can revive Morarta and destroy it.
・If you summon a rider again, you can use the effect when the rider is destroyed by laying down the rotten artifacts in your hand (when this card is destroyed, destroy the cards in your field and revive one monster from GY). If you use Deathscythe to self-destruct, it will be difficult for your opponent to act on the main 2. (...When it's your turn here, if you can summon a Rider with his Artifact that came out again as a Tribute, victory is just around the corner!!)

Weakness

Weaknesses and Challenges of this Deck
・(When the Rider is destroyed, if he keeps his Artifact lying down, his Artifact will spring up as it is...) The defense after the Rider is broken through is weak.
・ There is no card with such a controlling power other than Rider
・If you don't draw a rider, you won't have control or combat power, and Artifact has a matching effect with riders, and even more so if you can't draw a rider, you won't be able to see the true value of this deck. But he has enough roles for Artifact and Gusto to work for him, so I don't feel comfortable putting in a card for Rider...
・ If you draw too much Gusto... If you draw too much Artifact... (horoscope 12th)

Customize

・The problem with his deck is that it has a weak defensive card after being broken through by a rider. I want a card that can be expected to defend and interfere while avoiding the rider's negate effect so that the rider will not be broken through.
Ideal example: Your opponent summons Airman when there is a Rider in your field.
Opponent: Chain 1, search effect when summoning Airman
Self: Chain 2, 《Light and Darkness Dragon》effect negate
If the other party does not chain together ......
Self: Chain 3, 《Bottomless Trap Hole》or Demon's Chain
