Strength

If you can turn it well, you can turn it without losing your hand or increasing it slightly with the draw effect of 《Xyz Change Tactics》, Crane, and Drone.
Rank-Up-Magic is equipped with a lot, so let's actively rank up.
Also, the biggest strength is one shot kill by using 《Stoic Challenge》.
If he can change from Hope to Gaia Dragoon, his ATK will rise to 5600 with 5 materials. (Sometimes via C101 is also possible)
《Stoic Challenge》has the disadvantage of not being able to activate effects, but since there is no problem with permanent effects, Gaia Dragoon's piercing effect is effective. If you attack a monster with 1600 or less attack and defense, you will get a one-shot kill with 8000 or more damage.
Also, you can change from Hope to his ATK 4000 Hope Dragoon, so Stoic Challenge is also effective here.
With only one Rank-Up-Magic from him in his hand, it would be a Hope Dragoon with 4 materials, so his ATK would be 6400. There is no penetration effect here, but he is within one-shot kill range against monsters with ATK of 2400 or less. In addition, since he is LIGHT, he can handle his ATK even more than that.
In addition, "Stoic Challenge" is only the number of materials on your field, so if you put out 3 Hope ONEs and equip them with "Stoic Challenge", his ATK will be 6110, so it's within one-shot range.
If you have Honest in your hand, even just one Hope ONE can be a one-shot, so before your opponent finds the pace, take a breath and bring him to 0 LP.

・Since Hope ONE is SNo, not CNo, Quick Chaos is effective.
・《Stoic Challenge》can be equipped to the opponent because of his Equip Spell. It's also good to equip opponents with troublesome trigger effects. (Pleiades, etc.)
Also, if you have Zephyros in GY, you can expect a combo of equipping your opponent's monster with , returning it to your hand with Zephyros, and removing the opponent's monster.

Weakness

Weak against Traps.
Because it is the Xyz main axis, if you are shot at abyss, escape, warning, sentence, etc., you will lose your ad at once.
Also, since it develops with 《Goblindbergh》and 《Tin Goldfish》, if you get hit with Skidre, Breakthrough, or 《Vanity's Emptiness》, you will be stuck and you will lose the right to summon, so you will have to end the turn as it is.
For that reason, we also use cyclone gun stacking and large storms, but when it hits a trap, it still takes.
Hand card accident is also severe. Rank-Up-Magic and 《Stoic Challenge》alone put 8 cards in his deck, so if he concentrates on these cards in his hand, he can't do anything.

Customize

In Hope, there is Beyond, which is said to work well with 《Stoic Challenge》, so it wouldn't be a bad idea to change several copies of Rank-Up-Magic to Aspho and aim for it (the author also used it for a while, This form because I felt that there were many accidents)
In order to make the effect of 《Stoic Challenge》easier to use, it is possible to use things such as gigantic growth and force. However, 《Hidden Armory》is not recommended (loss of summoning right is fatal in this deck)
The sword of the seven emperors is also within the adoption range. However, since his deck usually has a lot of non-draws, it is difficult to activate (even if it can't be activated, it can be used as a cost for Bluff and Hope Dragoon).
