I've never played in a competition, so I may be missing something.
I tried to build around 《Magical Hats》, which works well with Harpie, and the Rampage Summon.
We also included Kamikaze, which is a powerful expansion card even though it has dropped the limit.
as a basic flow
While always securing the following with signatures and top hats, it develops while destroying the field at the hunting ground.
Mainly Rank 7 from Channeler, Rank 4 Synchro from Kaleidoscope and Kamikaze will cut it, and if there is a chance, it will be in the form of bringing it to the end of the game with Runaway or Hispa. Inconvenient cards will break through with his GY activation Trap dropped at hunting grounds, Godova, and silk hats.
In general, if you have a silk hat, a runaway summon, or a kamikaze in your first hand, you will likely win.
Top hats and Hispa, which are the core of tactics, are forced to suffer a significant ad loss if they are simply broken. In the first move, it is important to bluff 1.2 copies of GY activation Trap, which is unlikely to disadvantage even if it is broken, and Kaleidoscope, which is effective in recovery, and consume Cyclone and Storm. From the beginning onwards, it is important to always keep the big storm in mind when playing.

Strength

I will omit the familiar sisters for Harpie errands.
Sign... Needless to say, it's a clump of ad and broken. This allowed his Harpie to move away from the fan theme. In this deck where traps are important, he can be used as a bluff, or he can be activated normally to suppress the great storm, and he is a hard worker. Of course, you can split or cut it yourself as needed. Just be careful with the chain cycle.
Top Hat... A card with the second most broken performance in Harpie, next to signatures. It's the cornerstone of this Deck's offense and defense. He needs a monster on this field and the activation timing is as limited as Mirafo, but with this one card, he can send signatures and various GY activation traps from the deck to his GY via the field. As for the sign, it can be searched by sending it to her GY via either battle destruction or self-destruct effect. As a result, the signature will be substantially 6 sheets. At the same time, he can negate and disable the opponent's various obstructive cards only once by his GY activation Trap sent to GY, making it possible to safely deploy from the next turn onwards.
As an example of the opponent corresponding to various GY activation traps, Prisoner is Velar, Blaster, No.101, etc. Breakthrough is Fergra, Christia, reverse effect during your turn, etc. 《Mischief of the Yokai》will only fail the Xyz Summon once. Matching these to your opponent's deck and dropping them into her GY will get you closer to victory. Never give it away. It is important to create a place where the opponent dares to hit.
Runaway summon... A deadly card that almost wins if decided. In order to make it easier to decide, we have adopted his Harpie 2 and 3 for the original Harpie Lady frame. Triggers are Channeler, Samopuri, Black Spear, Kaleidoscope, Kamikaze, Suwaro, and worst of all, Hispa. Victory is right in front of you if you can successfully shoot into the opponent's limited cards such as Synchro Xyz and Airman. Even if you let your opponent run away, you can destroy it all together with a plain coat. After using this, the Kaleidoscope will turn into a complete dead card, so don't miss it.
Hispa... The second runaway summon. It's a trap and he needs to have a good GY, so it's a little hard to use, but it's still a deadly card. I can sign it quietly.
Kamikaze... This is his deck's sub-weapon. Mainly starting from here dancers (there are multiple routes called Channeler, Samopuri, and Suwaro). and can be misused in many ways. Also, the barrier image has the job of blocking goes and faders in the stacking phase. By the way, if Stardust and the barrier statue are lined up, you can almost certainly step on the top hat.

Weakness

・Any kind of meta sticks. In some cases, it can be dealt with in the hunting ground Godova, but it is not good at the basic meta. It is also weak against one-kill specialization.
- He will run out of Harpie if he doesn't deploy his Harpie while grasping it on the Deck. However, this can be avoided by playing.
・Abyss is an eternal enemy for runaway Hispa. Don't let him spawn Harpie 1.

Customize

Tempest, G, and constitutional, which I gave up due to the frame.
It's really boiled down. The ruler is just not included because it is a prohibited card due to family rules.
