This is a general-purpose summoning condition that is rare for this theme, which has many category-bound materials.
With [Altergeist], it's difficult to get a combination of 6 stars with a tuner.
It's a card that can't be used in either sense because it's an effect that's not worth playing until you clear that condition.
You can call it with the appearance of 《Altergeist Malwisp》
It can be easily summoned together with Multifaker, but it is not used as usual.

The attack negate effect is probably aimed at combos with kuntieri and marionettes. However, the other party knows that it will be negate, and I don't think it will dare to attack, so it only suppresses the attack.
The revive effect when released helps supply the cost of his Link Monsters such as Hextia each turn. However, the existing "Altergeist" Deck does not have the problem of insufficient release costs, so there is little need to use this card.
Neither effect is completely useless, but it's not a card with enough effect to adopt a tuner for it and use it in the "Altergeist" Deck.
