The ATK change effect is as large as 1000, and it is a useful card as a battle support, but the undead recovery effect of (2) is quite strong in some decks.
Since it returns to the Deck, it is difficult to reuse effects such as Bato Oni immediately, but with the Mayakashi Deck, the ice Mayakashi - Snow Maiden effect can instantly drop it to GY, and Mayakashi's unique EX Deck has restrictions on summoning. It's hard to get PSY Framelord Omega, so I think it's a card worthy of inclusion.

Ande's exclusive combat trick raises or lowers his ATK by 1000.
If you have Anwa, you will be able to use the down effect on your opponent, but both have the same value of 1000, and basically you can increase yourself by 1000, so you don't have much chance to use it.
Ande will overwhelm the opponent's monsters with the monsters that come out of it, so I don't feel that the safe pump-up effect is that big of an advantage, but the increase value is large at 1000 and can be reused under certain conditions. I said that there is one chance depending on the virtual enemy.

Undead limited Rush +α
The first half of the effect can strengthen or weaken the undead on the field, and the amount is not bad at 1000.
However, assuming Anwa, it will be used to strengthen Red-Eyes Ande, so I feel that the advantage of being able to choose is not very good.
In the latter half of the GY effect, you can reset this card while returning the excluded undead to the Deck, but for better or worse, it is a delicate line to return the excluded undead to the Deck for a card that increases RBI. .

If the opponent is undead, he can choose ATK down, and will be in the position of an undead-only rush. However, these days it's more effective to raise your girlfriend's ATK in terms of resistance, so it's hard to find the significance of lowering your opponent's girlfriend's ATK.
As a combat trick, it's not bad in Andy because it's compatible with Rush and can be reused or recover his GY, but I can't deny the feeling that it's a card that doesn't get out of the bad range. The problem is whether 40 slots can be allocated for rugged combat tricks.

Like Necronize, it can be reused, but since it is a Quick-Play Spell, it cannot be used continuously. Unlike 《Return of the Zombies》and Necronize, the advantage is that the recovery effect can be activated immediately.
