Alien is not new because it's an anti-Irian, so it's familiar with "Antialian".
① is the effect of summoning Cybers when fighting. Summoning by effect is convenient, but the timing is late as "during the battle phase" depending on the side. Although the effect is slightly different, Cybers already has 《Balancer Lord》, which has the effect of increasing summoning rights, so I don't really feel the need to use this card.
② is an effect that draws 1 when it leaves the field due to the opponent's effect. In addition to being dependent on the opponent, it is a low-level monster after all, so it has no merit other than pseudo destruction resistance.

I didn't write anything bad. However, the effect itself is extremely difficult to handle.
The effect of (1) can increase summoning rights, but unlike Balancer Lord, it is only during the Battle Phase. It can only be said that the timing is subtle, and it is not even a Special Summon. It's not a bad effect, but...
(2) is a completely opponent-dependent draw effect. When you leave the field, it's fine, but it's rare that you can't self-destruct and your opponent will give you a draw. Over 1900 RBI is extremely easy these days, so it's better to think of it as being destroyed in battle.
It's by no means weak as a low-level Cybers, but the effect is so subtle that it's doubtful whether there will be any slots left to use it. It's never bad, but it's never good either. It may be a card that symbolizes the half-heartedness of early Cybers. Evaluation is 4 points.
If there was a clear concept, such as synergy with other cybers, it might have gone up a little.

Storm Cipher》is that, but what is the standard to avoid this one?
You can add a summon right, but it's hard to say that it's useful because the battle phase in which this card battled is late, or rather, the timing is too bad.
Also, you can draw 1 by leaving the field, but because of the 1 sentence depending on the opponent, you can't use it as a link material to his GY, so it's not very useful either.
In the first place, the effect itself, which is based on the premise of letting a low-ranked guy participate in battle as it is, is not compatible with the current Cybers that earns ads with the EX Deck. It's just one example of how things got messed up.

good summons but too slow
It's a pity that you have to survive by fighting opponent monsters

Along with 《Balancer Lord》, a monster that increases summoning rights. Since it says that you can spawn monsters during the Battle Phase, it's easy to mistake it for a Special Summon, but keep in mind that it's just a summon. Don't accidentally put out his high level Cyberse monster.
The hit points are also high for a level 4, and after destroying low firepower monsters, you can summon and follow up from your hand.
However, since he basically uses up his hand during the main phase and has almost no effects that can be activated during the battle phase, I can honestly say that he doesn't fit well with Cyberse. If the concept was his deck rather than battle, the evaluation would have changed...
The second effect is a draw effect that doesn't miss the timing. Because it is completely dependent on the opponent, you cannot increase your hand from yourself. Although it is a loose condition that it leaves the field due to the opponent's effect, after all, it is a low class 1900 RBI, so I don't think you will bother to use card effects to remove it.
With a little modification, 1900 RBIs can be surpassed in no time, so to be honest, neither effect can be so appealing.

Alien It looked new but it wasn't.
The effect of (1) is the effect of Normal Summoning her Cyberse during the battle phase when you battle with a monster.
It's a bit slow due to the intervening battle, and the presence of 《Balancer Lord》is a bit painful, but since it's a summoning effect, it can be used even in the turn when 《Balancer Lord》and other effects that increase summoning rights are used, so it can coexist.
The effect of (2) is a safe and safe effect that draws 1 card when it leaves the field due to the opponent's effect. Because of this effect, it is often removed in battle, so you can also aim to activate the effect of (1) with a combat trick or the like.
Since it works well with Moon Mirror Shield and almost never loses in battle, it becomes easier to satisfy the activation conditions for the effect of (1), and at the same time, if Moon Mirror Shield is removed by the effect, you can return Moon Mirror Shield to the top with your own effect, resulting in Antialian. You can immediately reuse 《Moon Mirror Shield》with the draw effect of》.
I think it's a very interesting card.

2 comments below are wrong
The "Summon" effect does not use the summoning right, so there is no problem even if you are using the summoning right on the turn you activate this effect.
Balancer Lord》is easier to use if you want to use this guy
The effect of ② is almost decorative because it does not match the RBI

It's easy to make a mistake with a card that increases summoning rights instead of using summoning rights with this guy.

Since it's a "summon", it can't be used if you're already in Normal Summon, and sometimes you're forced to release it. It feels like what happens even if you link summon in main phase 2. The effect of ② is also dependent on the other party, so if you use it as a link material, it will have no value.
Even so, 1900 is exceptionally strong at level 4, and by sending it to the battle phase, it will lead to further attacks. You can also compromise 1:1 by drawing.

alien alien. Not an Alien, sorry.
1900 points finally appeared in Cybers. When he battles, he has the effect of summoning Cyberse and the effect of drawing 1 when he leaves the field due to the opponent's effect.
Summoning support itself requires a large number of people, and he is indispensable for Cybers, but the timing is just too bad. In the battle phase where he fought, he would have already completed the deployment, and there were many cards that specialized in deployment, even if he got the right to summon Cybers. Even more so during the opponent's battle phase. It is necessary for this card to survive, and it is not necessarily the case that it can withstand an extra-high environment with a 1900 attacker.
It is the same as the effect of number 2, and after all, there is a high risk that a low-level attacker will not be able to deal with the large size that comes out of the extra and will be destroyed in battle. Therefore, it is very difficult to achieve this effect.
It's a beatdown-oriented card for low-level attackers, but I wonder how many years ago it's been used...
