A Machine Lloyd monster with the amazing ability of a permanent effect that can be activated from the hand with any Trap card.
However, there is no such thing as a permanent effect that allows you to unconditionally use a Trap card from your hand. In exchange for that, it has become a disappointing ability that any Friche Trap can only be used as an attack-reactive Trap card.
Not having to put a Trap card on the field can be an advantage in that it will not be removed by some effect during the end phase, but if this monster is removed or the effect is negate during the opponent's main phase, it's no use.
Even if the Battle Phase were to come with the effect still active, it is highly questionable whether the opponent would recklessly attack this monster.
Also, unlike other Lloyd monsters, for some reason this card only has a "·" (middle point) in its card name, which disturbs the pace.

Comprehensive evaluation: It can be utilized if removal is avoided, such as skipping main phase 1.
If you are attacked, you can use a trap card, and if you have cards in your hand, you will be less likely to be attacked.
If it's removed before attacking, that's fine, but if you avoid removal during Main Phase 1 with Magical Mid-Breaker Field, it's easy to make use of the advantage of being less likely to be attacked by your opponent.
Or it might be good to use it as a decoy to target removal.
However, most of the Trap cards you want to use on your opponent's turn can be used face down, so it's hard to use unless it's obvious that your opponent will be firing his Spell/Trap removal.

The novel effect of Trap from your hand is interesting, but it's too passive and limited to pull your feet.
By the way, you can't chain multiple times when declaring a single attack. I don't even have the Exo.
