I think that the P effect is an easy-to-use effect that can produce a "Dragon" Fusion Monster without "fusion".
The "Odd-Eyes" Deck uses a lot of Pendulum monsters, so it's easy to satisfy the Special Summon condition of (1), and then you can get Odd-Eyes Vortex Dragon with the effect of (2), which I think is excellent.

"Odd-Eyes" of the new "Performapal" that appeared in Yuya vs Jack (3rd game).
