Due to its level, it's difficult to P-summon, but thanks to this card, it's easier to get 《Odd-Eyes Vortex Dragon》outside of the Odd-Eyes Deck. Blessed with races and attributes, it is also a good impression that it can be used as a material for various Fusion Monsters.
With the Odd-Eyes Deck, you can Special Summon with the P effect of the Ark Pendulum, and you can use the Ark Pendulum and this card to create a Vortex, so it's easy to use. It will lead to fusion again.
In addition, it is easy to use in Solfachord, which is easy to make scale 9, and it can be P-summoned by using 《Kuro-Obi Karate Spirit》or 《Kai-Den Kendo Spirit》in other P Decks.

I think that the P effect is an easy-to-use effect that can produce a "Dragon" Fusion Monster without "fusion".
The "Odd-Eyes" Deck uses a lot of Pendulum monsters, so it's easy to satisfy the Special Summon condition of (1), and then you can get Odd-Eyes Vortex Dragon with the effect of (2), which I think is excellent.

"Odd-Eyes" of the new "Performapal" that appeared in Yuya vs Jack (3rd game).
