I think it's good that the P effect greatly increases the battle destruction range of "Performapal" monsters.
The monster effect (2) can be used in conjunction with Performapal Whip Snake and other effects to weaken and strengthen the monster by 2000 points.

EM has a deep connection with "Smile World" in the anime. In the battle against Jack, he worked like a workhorse, so it left a deep impression.
It has 2 monster effects, but the 2nd effect that was active in the anime is not very useful unless you can use the correction. His original ATK is too low, so the correction is weak.
Rather, it has a high value as an EM level 4P monster that can voluntarily Special Summon. However, conditions are by no means loose. It requires a Special Summoned opponent monster, and the Mandrago-like condition is especially caught in the first move. There is also a Pendulum Summon from the hand, so I would like to use this kind of Special Summon for his first move, but...
The P effect is also very good. The scale is a little worrisome, but if you focus on level 4 EM, it won't be a problem. It has an old-fashioned combat modifier that reminds me of the muscle-brain EM era, and it goes well with Hey Tiger.
