In keeping with his deck name, I made it so that he can use the effect of EM with Golgar's Hurricane (effect), centering on jumping Sky Magician to the hand with Sky Pupil.

Strength

◆ EM and others that are compatible with Hurricane
Golgar's Hurricane is very powerful because there are many cards that can be immediately reactivated by returning them to your hand. Below is a brief explanation.
・Doug Daggerman = Collect second keys and skypupils on the next turn
・Radish Horse = Reduces opponent monster's ATK by 2500 twice per turn
・Odd-Eyes Unicorn = Increases his ATK of his Odd-Eyes by 2500 on the next turn
・Light Stage = Candina Search Again
・《Chicken Game》= Draw again
◆ Initial stability
By adopting Arise (Advent), Samopuri, Trickstar, and 《Chicken Game》, you can stably line up pen magic + destruction cards. Put Chicken Game on the light stage or release a level 4 monster with Arise, or send a spell card to GY with Samopuri. If you P-summon a Level 4 monster, X-summon King of the Feral Imps, and search for Ammonite or Telepath, you should be able to line up Sky Magician and Golgar on the next turn.
Other reasons for hiring
・ Recombination device = Golgar stable personnel + cost of Penmagi and Samopuri that won't be wasted
・ Light Phoenix = EM famous unicorn effect target + Easy to deploy from Golgar to Arise
・《Pentestag》=I want to pierce with 5000 opp with unicorn
・Link marker personnel who can become Despolice Accesscode Talker

Weakness

If you can stop the initial movement, it is easy to clog.

Customize

I was at a loss with the Mist Valley Enforcer axis that can open the EX zone until the end. I decided to use the Golgar axis as my main due to the stability of 《King of the Feral Imps》and the applicability to get Trishula and Pleiades.
