Appears to be a sky magician's apprentice.
The effect of switching between yourself in the 1 hand and the advanced EM on the field is useful when you want to return Dug Dagger to your hand and reuse it as a scale.
The second effect during battle is that the suppression effect is permanent, so it is hard to stop and is powerful, and with the effect of 3, you can defeat EM unilaterally when there are others.
2's containment effect is effective even when used alone, so it can be assisted with 《Moon Mirror Shield》.
Although his stats are low, he is a reliable guy who is strong in battle and can even kill lightning.
Too bad it's not a P-monster.

I feel like you're writing to bring Sky Magician back and use the destruction effect.
The 1st Special Summon effect is good to return Sky Magician and use the destruction effect, but it is also compatible with returning high EM that can be P summoned and using it with less loss.
The 2nd and 3rd effects are a set, and it is possible to make a catastolic breakthrough while destroying resistance. However, number 3 is only when you attack, so if you put it out on your opponent's turn, you can't activate the effect.
It's a rare card that can destroy effects by negate destruction resistance, but it's a pity that it's non-P. It was a terrible card if you could use it over and over again.
