His greatest advantage was being able to summon a Dragon Synchro Monster every turn when teaming up with Kiryuu, but Odd-Eyes Persona Dragon is about to take that position away from him. The first Hikarimono EM from Puck.
It doesn't do much, but it has good categories and both Odd-Eyes and EM support.
It's especially delicious to be able to synchronize with Kiryuu every turn.
It is also useful as a low scale that can be searched from 《Sky Iris》.
After all, if the category you belong to is strong, you can reduce the subtleties of a single unit.

Since it's LIGHT level 5, you can become the Pleiades if you have two.
At level 5, he's Odd-Eyes, so he can do 8 syncs from Pendulum without worrying about the downside of Nobledragon Magician.
I think that the latter was especially taken into account when it was evaluated as a Soulaire.
Even when I actually used it, Kiryuu's compatibility was outstanding, and I was able to put an abundance of 8 Synchro Dragons into his Odd-Eyes Magician options, so it's very strong.

If you are hitting with a low RBI that tends to occur in the first half, you can break through with the P effect. If ATK 2000 comes out, the opponent will hesitate.
Monster effect is not bad effect. You can put pressure on your opponent because you can use it. EM is easy to P summon, so it will be easy to put out.

Since he has both EM and Odd-Eyes names, he has plenty of search methods.
The P effect appears by destroying the partner of the Pendulum Scale when attacking directly, but since it is visible, it is easy to countermeasures such as breaking the scale in advance, and the activation timing is when you attack directly (= you have no monsters). Since it appears, it does not mesh with the effect on the field.
The effect on the field is an EM limited 《Juragedo》that can be used infinitely due to the nature of the P monster.
Since it's a Pendulum monster, the effect itself isn't bad, but since it's an advanced level monster, the drawback is that if you don't use it on the premise that you'll continue to do Pendulum summons, the effect won't be worth it.

If it's about making this card Super Rare, then Odd-Eyes Unicorn still knows better, and more importantly, I don't understand Konami's sense of making this person Super instead of making Monkey Keyboard Super Rare.

The direction of strengthening EM this time is probably the existence of a card called Odd-Eyes as EM.
This is the smaller scale EM Odd-Eyes, which is super rare. It is, but the effect is so difficult to use that it covers your eyes.
It's a relief to be able to use the monster effect immediately after triggering, and even though it's a P monster that doesn't run out, it's too inefficient to release 1000 RBIs. As for the P effect, the one-time shield is the mountain of Seki where this card can be summoned.
Rank 8 scale is also important for Odd-Eyes's deck, but as the last remaining stronghold, there is only one low-scale trail that can be searched with Sky Iris.
