The Pendulum effect, which reduces battles damage from direct attacks to 0, is excellent. The scale isn't bad at 2 either. However, since it is level 1, it is difficult to reuse after going to Extra, and considering that the effect is passive, it is a delicate card to adopt.

It may be used as a protection for the Fulmon Deck. However, the drawback is that it must be placed in the p-zone and is easily removed. There are 《Battle Fader》and 《Swift Scarecrow》as defensive cards. The scale is easy to use, so it might be a good idea to use it as a defense for your p Deck.
