Reprinted in Hidden Summoners to match his Shiranui enhancements in the new pack. For some reason, this one is reprinted instead of the hermit. It's probably related to Mayakashi's continuous synchro summoning (although Hermit was reprinted in Zombie World).
The effect of (1) is not a bad effect, but is it a drawback that it cannot be used immediately on the turn it is placed on GY? Skull Archfiend has become overwhelmingly easier to spawn, so I appreciate it with a sense of gratitude (don't say that destruction resistance doesn't mean much!)

If you put this tie on, it should have been possible to activate it on the turn that fell on his GY.
