Comprehensive evaluation: He has plenty of uses if Synchro Monsters increase in the environment.
Djinn Releaser of Rituals》has been regulated, and since it can negate the effects of all Synchro Monsters, it is an effective card if you are conscious of Synchro Monsters in a Ritual Summoning Deck.
He negates not only triggers and activation effects but also permanent effects, negates even if he is temporarily removed, negates even GY, and is terribly wide.
As for the difficulty, it negates the effect of my 《Herald of the Arc Light》.

As already said, this card was born in a bad era.
Level 4 is easy to match.
At the time, aside from the variety of summoning methods, Synchrometa alone is too narrow now.
It's a bit of a tailwind that the releaser that doesn't negate the effect but doesn't cause it to appear in the first place is banned and the synchro is easier to handle with the rule change...

Ritual Djinn has a high level, so it's not a bad GY cost.
But what's important is the accessory effect... When it first appeared, it was an S environment, so it was okay, but as the times progressed, various summoning methods appeared, and the dependence on the opponent became extremely strong.
In addition, although the level is lower than this card, there is also a releaser that can seal the Special Summon itself, and its influence is vastly different.
The GY effect has the same level, and there is a Precider with a more versatile effect than this, so I honestly think it's impossible to give priority to this one. It will be a card that is not blessed with the changes of the times.

It's just that I was born in the wrong era. If this negates the effects of monsters Special Summoned from the Extra Deck, then I could have aimed to come back from the second attack, which the Releaser can't do.

In addition to the effect of becoming a ritual material from a common GY, you can add synchro meta to the monster summoned by ritual.
However, he is powerless outside of Synchro, and his Synchro Special Summon itself is not meta, so the control power is not so high.
The raw ATK is also lower than the Precizer, so I have the impression that it's worth using.

Since it is level 4, level matching itself is easy.
When it first came out, there was only Hero Fusion and no Xyz.
That's why I don't think there was a problem with Synchrometa alone.

It's a card that came out at a time when Synchro was prevalent, so it can't be helped, but it's very difficult in the current environment that it only supports Synchro Monsters. However, there are only two Level 4 Ritual Djinn, this card and "Precider", so if you really want a lot of Level 4 Ritual Djinn, you will have no choice but to include this card. A more decent level 4 Ritual Djinn will get you fired as soon as it comes out.

It's painful that the effect should not be synchronized with the releaser itself, and that there is a precider who is not bad as an attacker at level 4.
That said, it's difficult to include a releaser in a level 8-based game like Demiszork, so it's an option other than Precider.

Attack and defense by itself is a so-so number.
Although it beats Releaser in that it is more effective and more predictable,
Inferior to Releaser in that it only supports synchro.

Level 4 Ritual Djinn that grants Ritual Monsters the ability to block the effects of Synchro Monsters. This can be done later, but it would be better to seal his Special Summon itself with a releaser.
It's never a bad thing to be able to seal Crimson Blader, which is troublesome for Rituals, but the Releaser can do the same thing.
If you want to make the most of being a Level 4 Ritual Djinn, this is the one, but it feels like a card you'll use rather reluctantly.
The Synchro itself has been strengthened since the past, but I can't deny that it's enough with the Releaser.
