It is a RUM of Quick-Play Spell, but the effect that can be activated on your own / opponent's turn changes.
During your turn, it is a straightforward RUM, but during the opponent's turn, it can function as a real control grab.
However, it is a big bottleneck that it is strongly dependent on the other party. If you simply want to operate a Quick-Play Spell RUM, it is better to operate Launch or Phantom Force, although each has its own quirks.

On the opponent's turn, you can steal the opponent's ranks 3, 4, and 5 and convert them into Force, Blaze, and Revolution respectively. However, considering that it is limited to Xyz, which has no materials, and that Rank 4 is the most common environment, it seems that it will be almost only work to convert Castel, Dabellion, and Arknight into Blaze. Limited to cards that have lost their materials, it's rather heavy, and the effect can't be stopped, so it's a bit of a deterrent, but even so, Special Summon while removing it is usually delicious.
You can also raise the rank of RR normally, so if you want to raise the rank while interfering, you might want to consider adopting it.
Since Skip Force and others have appeared, it is one step inferior as a normal RUM.
