I think it's better not to line up 3 "RR-Force Strix" in one turn. Strength

Since there are 7 "RUM" cards in total, one of "RR-Blaze Falcon", "RR-Revolution Falcon", and "RR-Satellite Cannon Falcon" can usually be used to annihilate the opponent's monsters. Cheap.
After launching "RR-Revolution Falcon" with "RUM-Soul Shave Force", you can rank up to "RR-Satellite Cannon Falcon" with "RUM-Astral Force".

In particular, "Skill Drain" will almost stop this function, so let's endure until you draw "Harpie's Feather Broom" or "Icarus Attack". If you have "RR-Force Strix" and "RUM-Death Double Force" on the field, let's actively rank up to "RR-Satellite Cannon Falcon". If you have "Skill Drain", your opponent won't be able to exceed 3000 RBIs.

Customize

Remove the Rise Falcon and add a generic rank 4.

I would like to insert one "Twin Twisters", but please advise which one to remove.
I don't think there's any problem with removing "RUM - Astral Force". I think it would be fine to reduce the number of "RR-Revolution Force" by one, but I like "RUM-Revolution Force" and "RR-Blaze Falcon", so I have two.
Personally, I think that "RUM-Soul Shave Force" is good with 3 stacks.
