According to the suspicious person, it is a card to take back friends. In OCG, it turned into a card that sucks in a friend's ace.
It's a simple RR-only rank increase on your turn, but you can take advantage of the fact that it's a Quick-Play Spell to dodge removal while increasing your rank. Except for the Revolution Falcon, it doesn't have enough firepower to use for follow-up attacks during the Battle Phase.
On the opponent's turn, you can steal the opponent's ranks 3, 4, and 5 and convert them into Force, Blaze, and Revolution respectively. However, considering that it is limited to Xyz, which has no materials, and that Rank 4 is the most common environment, it seems that it will be almost only work to convert Castel, Dabellion, and Arknight into Blaze. In this case, Blaze only has one material, so I'm worried that it can't be both a sweep and a direct.
