Compared to Necro Gardna, which has a similar effect, it can only be activated during the Battle Step, and it is inferior in all respects, as it can only be activated once during a Duel. < Necro Gardna > If it was a card made during the restricted era, it would still be a disadvantage, but since it was released after the restrictions were lifted, I can say with certainty that the once per duel part was absolutely unnecessary. It is incomparable to "Electromagnetic Turtle" once in the same duel. Since it's a Zombie, even if it's dropped by the effect of 《Uni-Zombie》, it's much more useful to drop a horse head demon, so honestly it's difficult to use.

It's a degraded version of Necro Gardna, and since it's restricted to being used only once per Duel and on the Battle Step, there's no reason to prioritize it over Necro Gardna in his normal Deck. However, this does not mean that the performance of this card itself is denied, and in fact it can work close to 《Necro Gardna》, so it can be useful in a Deck that can make use of being a Zombie. Especially, it goes well with the new 《Uni-Zombie》. Due to the nature of the effect, most of the time only one copy of this card is put in, so it would be nice to be able to pinpoint and drop it to his GY.

However, this is an undead that is easy to revive, and has different status and levels, so it is possible to differentiate them. Tentatively, you can get Ande with 《Skull Conductor》along with 《Uni-Zombie》. I don't know if the day will come when it will be used.
