Compared to Necro Gardna, which has a similar effect, it can only be activated during the Battle Step, and it is inferior in all respects, as it can only be activated once during a Duel. < Necro Gardna > If it was a card made during the restricted era, it would still be a disadvantage, but since it was released after the restrictions were lifted, I can say with certainty that the once per duel part was absolutely unnecessary.
