It was a monster that was recorded in EX as a Shiku, and at the time that beautiful 1st generation Shiku could be obtained just by buying an EX, so it was already a popular card.
Its ability gives all Dragons on the field resistance to all effects, but at the time of the first term, when there were more removal spells that did not target thunderbolts, black holes, and earth cracks, this effect was beneficial. It's small, it's not a Dragon itself, and it's easily destroyed in battle, so the effect itself isn't weak, but I got the impression that it was difficult to handle.
It would be nice if there was at least a permanent effect that wouldn't be selected as an attack target if there was a Dragon on the field...
Later on, it became a named fusion material, and later support cards made it easier to handle, so I think it has become a much more useful card than when it first appeared, partly because of the increase in powerful effects that target it.

If you give resistance to it and make it easier to attack, can you prioritize fusion summoning?

You can attach target resistance to Dragon and make it stronger, but the problem is that this card itself is weak and not a dragon.

The exclusive card 《The Flute of Summoning Dragon》also consumes a lot of cards and is difficult to use, so it is a weak reason to use this card.
