If it's a mixed deck with mainly rank 5 decks, it will be advantageous, and since the importance of forcibly matching levels by link summoning has decreased, it will be difficult to adopt unless there is a purpose such as issuing a rank 4 deck.

Its selling point may be its high defensive power, but if its effect can only be used once, it doesn't make much sense to live a long life.
Before that, if you set with 1800 DEF, isn't Wind-Up Magician better?
