Strength

The duel ends sooner than handicap (on a turn basis).
Even if you attack second, you can win if you deploy and hit, and even if you can't do one kill, you can set up a ruler.

Weakness

I think it can't be helped that it's weak against hand triggers. It's hard not to be able to put in a lot of generic rank 4s because the extras are one-kill parts and there's no slot.
