Comprehensive evaluation: 《Call of the Haunted》is mostly good.
If you don't want to use monsters that have been used as hand cost, you don't need to prioritize this card.
It might make sense if the monster that was used as the hand cost was removed.

His Continuous Trap card like a tweaked version of Libide for Dinosaur monsters.
Aside from being able to discard cards regardless of type and being able to Special Summon even in Defense Position, I don't see anything that beats Libide.
It's a common story that the adjusted version of a regulated card at the time loses its position when the regulation of the card is lifted, so I can't deny that I can't care about it.
I really like the illustration, and if there is a concept duel where only Dinosaurs can be used in the main Deck and Spell Trap can only use cards with effects that refer to Dinosaurs, then I definitely want to use it in the sense of coloring the Deck.

Ribide for Dinosaur with cost. As for hand cost, it doesn't really matter as he can send Dinosaur if he wants to be in GY. However, it is quite a bottleneck to negate monster effects. Dinosaurs themselves don't have many monster effects that are a disadvantage. And there are cards with higher rewards than Raibol, etc., as mentioned above.

Aitsu》《Koitsu》《Soitsu》《Doitsu》unearthed his Fossil.
The effect is 《Call of the Living Dead》with a cost that is limited to dinosaurs, so you can revive a dinosaur that you discarded for the cost, but there is not much advantage in using this card for that reason.

One of the many adjusted libidos. Since it was made during the libido restriction period, it can't be helped that it's going to be weak, but it's limited to Dinosaur, and in addition to the hand cost, the effect "negate" is terrible, isn't it? It has the advantage of being able to revive Dinosaur monsters for the cost, but it's not worth the effort in an era of unlimited libido. If this wasn't exclusive to Dinosaurs, there might still be a use for it.

There are two factors that make it difficult to use, such as the activation cost of the adjusted degraded libido and the fact that the revived monsters are restricted.
It is possible to take advantage of the hand cost in a form that can instantly revive the monster that cost it.
Negating the effect can also negate the disadvantage, but at present there are few situations where this works very effectively.
It's a card with an impression of about 3.5 points, but I'll give it a bonus of 4 points.

There is no turn for this card now that you can stack 3 libido

Dinosaur libide. However, with effect negate and hand cost. When you have a Dinosaur in GY, it's better to see it as a card that actually deploys a Dinosaur in your hand, but then the existence of Hunting Instinct...

Now that you can stack 3 copies of Call of the Haunted, it's effectively a card to Special Summon his Dinosaur monster in his hand. He can revive GY's dinos in a pinch, so that's not a bad thing.

Basically a card that is close to downward compatibility with 《Call of the Haunted》.
Even though it has the disadvantage of negate the effect, it also requires a hand cost.
Although 《Call of the Haunted》was the limit at the time of its introduction, it is very difficult to use.
Basically, I would like to consider putting him in the deck for combo purposes, such as assisting Ultimate Tyranno.

A degraded resurrection card that can be used with 3 cards made when 3 types of resurrection cards were limited.
As a resurrection card, the presence of cost and effect negate are too painful.
Dinosaur's card power is also left behind in the times and can't be said to be high, but I can't help but feel a little sorry for this.
However, this cost is by no means only negative, and the feat of discarding a rotten high-level dinosaur in your hand and reviving it as it is is quite rare.
It can be used as a card that allows you to choose between resurrection or Special Summon from your hand, but now we live in an era of 3 living dead cards. It's pretty painful if you don't have a dinosaur you want to put out even if you negate the effect from your hand.

Libido for dinosaurs.
However, the point that the hand cost and effect are negate...
If it's an effect that allows her to activate GY, such as Hammerhead, or a power idiot like Ultimate Tyranno, it shouldn't be a problem to revive her.
When there is a dinosaur in GY, it is possible to discard the superlative and activate it, and it is possible to revive the card that was discarded, which is a trick that cannot be done with libide.
