A degraded resurrection card that can be used with 3 cards made when 3 types of resurrection cards were limited.
As a resurrection card, the presence of cost and effect negate are too painful.
Dinosaur's card power is also left behind in the times and can't be said to be high, but I can't help but feel a little sorry for this.
However, this cost is by no means only negative, and the feat of discarding a rotten high-level dinosaur in your hand and reviving it as it is is quite rare.
