I used to be able to use it like a gear town, but the rules have changed and I can't do it anymore. Granting resistance is also shabby, and it's a bit difficult to search with a deck that has a weak ad side. It's better to rely on Gear Gigant.

It can grant immunity to the Meklord Monarch, but its range is rather limited and very unreliable.

Like Geartown, it has been weakened by the rule change, but Meklord can be searched in the core and actively destroyed in creation.

However, even if you look at it as a search method, it is highly dependent on combos, and since it is limited to Meklord "Monarch", it must be said that it has a strong peculiarity.

Field replacement was a powerful card along with Gear Town, but...
Due to the revision of the field replacement rule, the effect cannot be used unless it is destroyed. Meklord Monarch has plenty of cards to destroy his own monsters, but is there a card to destroy Spell Trap?
As for the effects in the first half, Brynak, which was the mainstream card at the time of its introduction, does not seem to be returning from the ban, and the only excellent cards with targeted effects are Coral Dragon and Tsukihana Dragon.
With the Meklord Monarch's search power depleted and the benefits of having it on the field not so great, it's questionable.
