Overall Rating: Not very useful as it doesn't work against Xyz Monsters or Link Monsters.
It is possible to send 《Gameciel, the Sea Turtle Kaiju》and barely destroy it in battle, but the point is that his ATK does not increase against monsters that do not have levels.
Even if you use a whole weakening effect like Black Garden, the range is only up to 1600, so as an attacker it's a bit of a challenge.

As a lower class, the effect is not bad, but it is painful that the combat power depends on the opponent. Even more so now that cards without levels are active. Since the raw RBI and enhancement rate are low, even if it can be demonstrated, it cannot be expected to have such high combat power.
Besides, it's difficult to get a card that leaves such a short-lived situation unless it's a Friche, so honestly, I wonder if it's practical.
