It requires a GY cost, but it's not bad to have a destructive effect with level 5 synchro.
After using the effect, it would be ideal if it could be used as a material such as 《Crystal Wing Synchro Dragon》.

The effect is not bad at "Contact with Gusto", which is limited to face-up monsters, and it's easy to use with Gusto for a 5-star synchro.
Low stats and slightly heavy cost are the bottlenecks. Catastor is an eternal rival.

The effect is moderate, but the cost is painful
I can appreciate that you can get Winda just by catching Winda with Junk Ron.
Even when you want to put out a Sphere, it is useful as a connecting role when you put out a combination of Junk Ron + Winda + Igle.
Gusto Synchro Monster can't be returned because like Calm, returning it to the deck is treated as a cost.

Gusto's easiest level 5 man is a Synchro Monster. It's easy to get out, so it's also active as the main attacker in Gusto.
Level 5 Synchro Frames are full of powerful ones in a battlefield, but they have many merits such as being able to destroy them without going through battle and being able to attack even after their effect.
In Gusto, he's a Synchro Monster, so you might want to stack multiple copies of him.

Poor stats, but a nice active removal effect for Gusto, who mainly beats down. Among Gusto's, it falls into the category that is fairly easy to synchro summon, and it can be easily synchro summoned with Junk Synchron + Winda.
His 2 Gustos in GY aren't cheap, but his GY can be surpassed relatively quickly by Recruiter, and most of the time you can use the effect when you use this card. Even so, the stats are low, so it will be an almost one-use removal card.

You can remove the opponent's monsters while reloading the Recruiter.
5 star has both Catastor and Librarian, but having the ability to remove it without combat is quite an accomplishment.
