As the name suggests, it is a simple Neos pace that prevents contact fusions from returning to the EX Deck, and if the equipped monster leaves, you can Special Summon Neos.
The search method is slightly different, there is no RBI enhancement, and he is powerless against Spell/Trap removal, but he can be differentiated from the original in that he can take care of the equipped monster when it is removed.
Contact Fusion is not a card that is easy to maintain, so for better or worse, if you really want to play his Neos, this may be a better option.
