The third form of Yubel. Only this card can activate its effect even if you attack from yourself, just like in the anime. The effect is powerful enough for a destructive ring guy. However, it should be noted that it has lost the pseudo-destruction resistance that it had until now because of its final form.
It's possible to build his Deck around this card, but if anything, I think it's more likely that he'll put this card in his Deck, which is based on his second form.
