Comprehensive evaluation: There are few Dragons that can make use of ATK enhancement.
It cannot be used as a Synchro Material for Dragons that are compatible with enhancements such as continuous attacks.
At most, it can be used to extend the destruction range of 《Scarlight Red Dragon Archfiend》.
Adding ATK doesn't help much, and the exclusion disadvantage outweighs it.

It's also one of the more flexible Level 4 Synchron tuners.

The strength of this card is that it is a 4-star tuner that supports tuning, and Synchro does not have effects unless he becomes a Dragon material.
That said, 4-star tuners aren't that rare these days, and there are cards like Gurufaxi with the same LIGHT that he has a bonus called Special Summon, and his Scrap Beast that can be searched in the Scrap area.
Dragon Synchro has a lot of excellent ones, so it's quite painful for a tuner to not be able to put them out.
