《Eccentric Boy》Summon → Perform level 7 or level 11 synchronization with a monster in your hand.
Synchronized monsters with Eccentric will negate their effects, so they are just attackers and will be banished if they leave the field, so if they are level 7, SS with 《D.D.R. - Different Dimension Reincarnation》or 《Castle of Dragon Souls》. Unfortunately, Star Dragon can only be used in Synchro, so it's been excluded. Or let's synchronize a level 4 tuner to level 7 instead of hand synchronization (this guy is hyper in deck, so it will be excluded after all)
As for the normal dragons in your hand, use them together with Eccentric and the star dragons as normal dragons in his GY using Redame or Silver Dragon.
If Hyper is in your hand, keep it basic and use it when you don't need the effect for the final finish but you want firepower.
