Even though it's not tied down, it's 2200 RBI at Synchro Level 7, and the effect requires a battle and at least 4 cards in the opponent's hand, which is tough at this point.
It doesn't require battle destruction and it's a draw lock with battles damage, but since the opponent's hand has 4 or more cards as a prerequisite for activating the effect, there's a possibility that it won't have that much of an effect unless more than half of the cards in your hand are rotten.
In the early days of Synchro, cards like Blue, Goyo, and DDB were conspicuously out of balance, but it seems that the draw lock effect was as expected as cautious.

The handicap + draw lock effect is powerful, but it requires a battle with an insufficient RBI of 2200, and it's tough if it depends on the opponent's situation.
Especially 4 pieces is really hard. By the time this card attacks, there is a high chance that your opponent will have used up their hand. It doesn't mesh with each other.
Even X Saber S has Souza with higher RBIs, and even Souza tends to be overtaken by other competitors.
In the past, there weren't many decent level 7S, so there were times when it was used, but now it's already out of use.

General purpose level 7 Synchro Monster. Since it was a monster that appeared in the early days of Synchro, it was used quite a lot back then. However, although the drawlock effect is good, it is difficult to use when the opponent has 4 or more cards in their hand and has dealt battle damage, coupled with the low ATK of 2200. Now that more powerful level 7 Synchro Monsters have arrived, even X-Saber has no place in the Extra Deck.

It can be used relatively easily without any tuner restrictions, but it is difficult to survive due to its low ATK.
However, it can be revived with 《Gottoms' Emergency Call》, so if it's an X-Saber Deck, it's worth putting it out for the time being.
