Calm sub-command. It's slightly stronger than General Sword Commander, probably because it's synchronized.
When the opponent has 4 or more cards in their hand, giving battles damage has the effect of using a handicap to return it to the top of the Deck.
This handicap effect is strong, but it can only be targeted when the opponent has 4 or more cards in hand and the activation is unstable.
At general-purpose level 7, the RBI is low, and because it chooses too many opponents and situations, this card cannot be used unless there is room in the frame. Moreover, recent level 7 synchro is said to be an even fiercer battlefield than in the past.
In X Saber, there is also Souza who has combat effects and hit points due to the same level synchronization. So I'm in a limited position...
