Since it only negates the effect, it doesn't spawn Normal Spells with the name Turn 1 on activations like Kyouken and Ryst, though if you can pay LP you can negate it anyway.
However, while there are more cards that can be treated as fusion summons without preparing materials for fusion monsters in a decent way (can produce fusion summoning trigger effects and meet resurrection restrictions), this card has Since there is a restriction that it must be made of specified materials, in that respect, a big difference was born from monsters that can only be Special Summoned by fusion summons.
The two materials that this monster specifies aren't ridiculously weak, but it's a bit of a pain to put him in the deck just to get this monster out.
You can't even stand on the stage of battle if you don't cheat like Magimon with Devifla and Yabuja.
