I want to question whether it was really necessary to spend so much time on it. I have to wait 4 turns for my turn. In other words, even buying time with Swords of Revealing Light isn't enough. Even if it was achieved, the performance obtained would only be described as "this level".
With that much time, you should be able to do better moves. frankly a waste of time. Waste of deck space.
At the very least, the story might have changed if it was Larvae Moth on turn 1, this on turn 2, and Perfectly Ultimate Great Moth on turn 3.
That said, there was also the possibility that if you did that in the environment at the time, you wouldn't be able to remove it.

It would have been strong if the cocoon of evolution changed in one turn like in the game. After 1 turn, it will reach ultimate perfection. It would have been the strongest at that time if it was a fusion card and it came out from an extra like a game.

The trump card of the feather moth in the kingdom edition, which was the end of this card in the original.

Because of 《Cocoon of Ultra Evolution》, the significance of being able to get out in a shorter number of turns than Ultimate Perfect has further decreased.

Ultimate Perfection is a candidate for Paranoid and Super Evolution from that RBI, but this is not even a candidate for it. If you put out something like this, I'll honestly put out the ultimate mutation.

In the Kingdom arc, the card that "became" the trump card of the Moth.
It's still incomplete, but consuming 4 turns is still more conscientious than the ultimate perfection. Still long though. In the current Yu-Gi-Oh, 5,000 RBIs can be generated just by consuming two level 4s, so it's hard to say that the effort is worth the ability.

It's very difficult to Special Summon "ultimate perfection", but it's pretty tough even at the time of this card. And even if you call this card with difficulty, it's only the same RBI as "Gaia Knight", and it's unacceptable that it's even inferior to his Insect's Doom Dozer RBI. I'd probably pin it in my "ultimate perfection" fan Deck.

A Special Summon monster that can be put out after 8 turns including the opponent's turn.
However, spending that much on a monster with no effect at 2600 isn't worth it.
