A Ninja monster modeled after Yae-chan, who appears in Konami's game series "Goemon".
Activates the effect of bouncing all of her opponent's Spell Trap cards at the cost of one WIND monster.
It's excellent as an exposure, and it's quite good for a low-level monster, but its combat ability isn't very high, and it only bounces Spell Trap cards, so if you cross turns, it's hard to connect to an advantage, Cards cannot be returned, so combo potential is low.
Also, even if you look at it as a Ninja monster, he has only one line of WIND monsters with the same Goemon, and has a similar bounce effect to the same Wind Ninja, and the 《Ninjitsu Art of Transformation》aptitude is also higher than this card. There are 4 《Masked Ninja Ebisu》.
At the time, he was an excellent card with WIND-related effects, but now he's a tough card.

Comprehensive evaluation: It is a little difficult to use because of attribute-bound hand cost and level 3.
Compatibility with 《Ninjitsu Art of Transformation》, which refers to the level, is not good enough, and it is difficult to connect to level 7 or higher.
It's easy to combine with other Ninjas when summoned with 《Ninjitsu Art of Duplication》, but a level 1 Ninja can also remove his Spell/Trap cards in reverse.
Ninja's WIND is also small, and since he can be summoned with the Art of Transformation, it's a good idea to use it as a cost when WIND comes into your hand, but it doesn't stack much.
Since it is not level 4, it is also difficult to connect to rank 4.
《Goe Goe the Gallant Ninja》is his WIND and works well with bounces, but 《Masked Ninja Ebisu》, a dedicated support, can also be bounced, so it has a lower priority.

Isn't the atmosphere too different from the original material?
A hurricane with a WIND monster as its cost... Harpie with a harpist as its cost might be pretty tasty, but he's a WIND, but he's level 3, so the synergy isn't strong.
But to be honest, I thought it would be interesting if I could bring back my own Spell Trap.

However, it is difficult to activate unless WIND is unified, so if you use it with the Ninja Deck, you will need to have a lot of Wind Ninjas such as "Goe Goe" and "Ebisu". Since the level is low, it is a pity that the compatibility with "Ninjitsu" is slightly bad.

It's an excellent effect when launching attacks, but its own status, especially its level 3, is a drawback, and this has a big impact when using the art of change.

I never thought that Yae-chan would become so real...Yu-Gi-Oh is scary...
The effect of turning WIND into an opponent-only hurricane is useful before it changes.
It's a pity that he can't become Nephthys or something like that because he's level 3, but is it okay if he can just become something like Alektor?
It might be worth it when Ninja support comes in a bit more.

The effect of transforming a WIND monster into an opponent-exclusive 《Giant Trunade》is excellent, and it's not bad as an outburst before the transformation.
The Ninja Deck itself isn't very strong, but it's a relatively useful removal. Will level 3 resonate if that happens?

A series based on characters from a certain game.
Opponent limited Hurricane is convenient, but the stats of this card are a bit too restrained.
