One of the few ways to use 《Rescue Cat》before Gladiator Beast and Neko Synchro. Two Crystal Beasts were lined up in the Spell Trap zone at once. Currently not possible due to errata.
The old Crystal Beast tends to be treated as a number other than Pegasus and Carbuncle, but among them, it's a much better one. Along with Mammoth and 《Hamon, Lord of Striking Thunder》, you can become a winning line that keeps hitting endlessly. Currently, the strength is that you can definitely Special Summon 《Crystal Beast Rainbow Dragon》with Waku Waku Azeus Theory.

It can be useful in the closing phase, but the risk of the basic stick standing will be higher. If you use it as a material for something, you can generally earn more damage by attacking at the deployment destination.
In the past, it was great to be able to deal with rescue cats, but after errata, the compatibility with rescue cats is subtle, and its strength is fading.
It's also painful that this card's unique selling point generally doesn't synergize with other jewels.
