Overall Rating: A deck that can easily catch a Synchro Monster is good enough.
The cost of Synchro Monster is heavy, but the effect is to block the development for one turn, and if it can be activated, it has more than enough deterrent power.
Is it easy to use with Decks that use Synchro Monsters and Counter Trap related to 《The Sanctuary in the Sky》?
Sacred Arch-Airknight Parshath》《The Executor of the Underworld - Pluto》etc. can be used to secure this card and its release cost.
Or Ultimaya Tzolkin where he can summon a Synchro Monster with this set of cards.

Instead of limiting the cost monsters to S monsters, 《Horn of Heaven》exerts an additional effect like the monster version of Reboot.
It is possible to set a monster, but if it is pierced, the opponent will be the same as skipping the turn, so the brutality of the effect itself is comparable to that of a banned card.
It would have been better if it could have been activated from the hand by adding a condition like a reboot, or if it could have been a Normal Trap, so it could have been activated with Flice.

The weak point of this card is that you have to draw this card into your synchronized hand with your own destiny, and you can't hit it against rituals and fusions.
The strong point is that it has enough performance to bring it to the end of the game as it is once it is decided.
The text in the second half is a prohibited effect, and being able to use it as a counter trap is insanely strong.
Fusions, Xyz, Links, Rituals, etc. that break existing concepts (Deck fusions, Xyz that can only be placed, Rituals that don't use Ritual Spells, etc.) continue to appear, but Synchro is still a tuner + non-tuner. Since it follows 《Ancient Rules》, I wonder if this card has influenced Synchro's design in no small way...
If a theme that synchronizes only with the tuner comes out, it's clear that this card will buy a ridiculous amount of hate (´・ω・`)

It's a card that promotes early suppression, so it's likely to get dangerous someday... Counter Trap is also highly rated. Even with the Halifiber, the Synchro is still a bit heavy...

It's an unintentionally harsh card that negates the opponent's summoning across the board, and also only allows you to set cards from your hand during that turn.
It will be enough as a return to have a painful eye on the place that has been developed in a short-circuit.
The problem is that it requires a Synchronized body for the cost, so even if it's easy to deploy, it's still pretty heavy, so if possible, I'd like to prepare a combo with a resurrection method or his GY effect.
Due to the cost, both monsters and Spell/Trap removal are natural enemies, so I would like to take countermeasures against the opponent's dewdrops, but if I can do that much, I feel like I can get overwhelmed without this card.
For better or worse, the smell of landmines is high, so the impact when it suddenly flies is strong.

A card whose personal stock soared thanks to the magic sword Dharma.
It's strong to pull off a simple 《Vanity's Emptiness》while cutting a self-revive card.
However, the gimmick for putting out Dharma inevitably comes close to ns.
I think it's a card whose evaluation will change in any way depending on the lower HSR.
If the lower HSR is an effect like burning abyss, I would like to give it about 8 points in terms of environment.
I don't know how the environment will change, but I think it's a piece that may change depending on the new one.

But even with that in mind, sacrificing Synchro Monster is a pretty heavy cost. Compared to 《Solemn Warning》, which has high versatility, it's heavy, so you'll have to make a firm judgment on whether the cost of deploying and sealing is properly balanced before using it.

The only issue is cost. Although it is possible to make a synchronized shaft with a synchronized shaft, it is undeniable that the cost is heavy.
If it's a deployment check, G is much easier to use, so I think it's more stable to use that.
