Due to the effect of (1), I think that the "Mikanko" Deck is excellent because it can equip and remove opponent's monsters. If you meet the conditions, I think it's attractive to give even burn damage.
Even if it is sent to GY, the effect of (2) allows you to Special Summon the "Mikanko" monsters in your hand or in the excluded state, so I think there is no waste.
I think that being able to search with 《Hu-Li the Jewel Mikanko》is also a strength.

New "Mikanko" Trap
The effect of ① is a removal that takes the target but does not destroy it, so it is nice to be able to use it to interfere with the opponent's turn. I think that it is quite strong when combined with 《Mikanko Kagura》.
The effect of ② cannot be revived, but it is possible to revive with Mikanko Dance - Mayowashidori , and this effect is also excellent because you can return "Mikanko" who was removed by the effect over there. Search with Hu-Li the Jewel Mikanko . It is also a high point to be able to do it.
Personally, I would like to put 3 cards in [Mikanko] normally.
