Dinosaurs are permanently supported, and the overall enhancement of 1 is weak but not to be underestimated, the effect of 2 is a reassuring effect for advanced dinosaurs that do not self-deploy, and the effect of 3 can secure strength.
I don't know if the search range of 3 was conscious, but there are a lot of general-purpose and useful things such as Dogoran and Terano in addition to King Rex.
The search effect requires a cost, and it's not really reliable, but both effects are versatile, so I think it's a great card for fan deckers in particular.

By putting it on the field, you can strengthen all of his Dinosaurs, and you will be able to NS all of his Dinosaurs of advanced level or higher without releasing, except that it is not an Evolution Pill card, and there are no activation conditions or costs. A Continuous Spell with performance that can be said to be almost upwardly compatible with Big Evolution Pill.
In addition to the King Rex monsters in the same pack, the monsters that can be added to the hand with the search effect of 3 include the low-ranking Dinosaurs, which are few but relatively useful, as well as Kaiju's Dogoran and the opponent's turn. It's great that this includes the traps that can come out and interfere with it.
I'm a little concerned that the activation condition is to send GY instead of destroying it, but other than that, I think the conditions are not bad, and it's not surprisingly strong, but it's a subtle card with 6 points or less. If a score of 7 or more is considered acceptable, then 7 points would be fine.
