With the effect of (1), I think it's excellent that you can search for your favorite "Cybernet" Spell / Trap instead of discarding your hand.
Even if it is sent to GY, the effect of (2) will return GY's "Cyberse" monster to his deck, so I think it's not a waste.
It's an advanced monster, but I don't think it's a problem because it can be recruited with 《Firewall Defenser》.
